Открытие крупнейшего в мире майнинг-центра подтвердила американская майнинговая компания Coinmint. Майнинг-центр будет располагатьсяв Штате Нью-Йорк и иметь производственную мощностью в 435МВт.
В этот проект компания инвестируетдо 700 млн.долларов, а к концу 2019 года ей нужно переоборудовать плавильный завод AlcoaEastFacility площадью 1300 акров.
Все действия будут проводиться в рамках недавно созданнойкорпорацииNorthCountryDataCenter, которая начала работу в начале июня текущего года.
Технический директор Coinmint заявил:
« До тех пор, пока будет существоватьсеть Биткоина, мы ожидаем от майнинга хорошей прибыли».
